A proposta é os educandos pesquisarem as propriedades medicinais dos alimentos e, em um seminário, apresentar na Unidade Escolar. Sempre que se referir à determinada fruta o aluno deve falar em inglês o nome da referida e mostrar uma foto ou desenho da fruta. Por exemplo, em lugar de falar maça, o aluno deve falar apple e sucessivamente. Os alunos devem buscar como referências os familiares: pais, avós, tios; assim como na academia.
